Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

Thank you for choosing Gust Health.

This Shipping Policy describes how prescription medications are processed and delivered through our pharmacy fulfillment partners.

Prescription Approval

All prescription medication orders require approval by a licensed healthcare professional.

Submitting an intake questionnaire or selecting a membership does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed or shipped.

Pharmacy Fulfillment

Approved prescriptions are fulfilled by authorized pharmacy partners, including Vials Pharmacy.

The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for preparing, dispensing, packaging and shipping prescribed medications in accordance with applicable requirements.

Processing and Delivery

Prescription orders are processed after medical approval and acceptance by the dispensing pharmacy.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on prescription approval, pharmacy operations, medication availability, carrier schedules, holidays and delivery location.

Estimated delivery information may be provided when available. Gust Health cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Orders may experience delays during periods of high demand or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is included in Gust Health's current monthly treatment membership prices unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.

Any additional shipping charges will be displayed before payment.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking information is available, patients may receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details through email, the patient portal or another authorized communication channel.

Tracking information may take time to become active after the pharmacy prepares a shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Prescription medications are shipped only to jurisdictions where the dispensing pharmacy is authorized to dispense and where the requested treatment is available.

Gust Health currently does not offer international prescription shipping.

Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Certain prescription medications may require temperature-controlled packaging or specific storage conditions.

Patients should follow all storage and handling instructions provided by the dispensing pharmacy.

If you believe a temperature-sensitive medication was improperly delivered or compromised during shipping, contact Gust Health before using the medication.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Shipments

If your medication arrives damaged, is missing, or differs from your prescription, contact support@joingust.compromptly.

Please retain the original packaging and any relevant photographs.

Gust Health will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate the issue and determine whether replacement, refund or another resolution is appropriate.

Delivery Address

Patients are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If your address changes, please update your information through the patient portal or contact support@joingust.combefore your next prescription is processed.

Address changes requested after an order has entered fulfillment may not be possible.

Recurring Shipments

Patients enrolled in monthly treatment memberships may receive recurring prescription shipments according to their treatment plan, prescription validity and pharmacy fulfillment schedule.

Continued fulfillment is subject to medical appropriateness, prescription authorization, payment status and medication availability.

Membership renewal does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or refilled.

Returns

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for reuse or resale once dispensed.

For additional information, please review our Refund Policy.
